Despite your rave review, I think I will pass and stick with either an IPA or an APA when I have my
plain cheese pizza.  Down to my last 6 bombers of IPA homebrew, but just brewed an RIS (1.080) and
an Export Stout (1.052) .. partigyle AG batches.  31 lbs. of grain in my 70 qt. mash tun!  I was plumb
tuckered out after brewing two batches and cutting/trimming the lawn while waiting during the boils.
See you guys in a couple weeks at BOTB??  I think I&#039;m going to go to Erie tomorrow or Sat. and pick
up my ticket for the 1st session.  Too bad the DrunkenPollack won&#039;t be there this year!

What&#039;s even more amazing is the shelf life of the beer. Still have some from the 1st batch 18 mo ago that tastes exactly like it did when bottled. The high carbonation is to cleanse your pallet while dining on pizza &amp; more. It also acts as a greaqt tenderizer for all kinds of foods
