While I have always lived and brewed by Charlie Papazian's mantra "Don't worry, have a homebrew" I really have to consider trading it for Gary's. Because "Brew beer, and if you fuck up, oh well - do it again" just seems to roll off the tongue so much better. Awesome interview. I could watch an hour of this. Well done.
