This video was shot at the BrewErie while we took a tour on the Friday night before the Beer on the Bay festival. Brewmaster Gary was nice enough to grant us full access to the back brewing area and spend a few minutes talking about what’s currently on tap and beers to look forward to in the coming months.

Gary is one of the coolest brewers ever. While I have always lived and brewed by Charlie Papazian’s mantra “Don’t worry, have a homebrew” I really have to consider trading it for Gary’s. Because “Brew beer, and if you fuck up, oh well – do it again” just seems to roll off the tongue so much better.
